How do I register for a course?

​

1. To enroll in a course click "Register" from the menu.

2. Locate and click on the course you wish to take.

3. Click Select an Option-scroll to the date/time you prefer

4. Add to Cart (you may add multiple courses to your cart as well as add multiple participants)

How long will my card be valid?

​

All courses follow the current guidelines of the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or the American Safety & Health Institute. They are valid for two years.

​

Can I schedule training for my work?

​

Of course! To schedule a class at your workplace please click the “Contact” button above for a quote. We can accommodate classes of any size (minimum of 4 required).

​

When can I begin my eLearning for the BLENDED course I am registered for?

​

The online content is sent out 7-10 days prior to the start of the course. If registering within 5-7 days of the course the online content will be sent two days prior to the class date.

​

What if I can't get my eLearning completed?

 

The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection.

 

Allow approximately 2 hours to complete the online portion.

 

You will receive an email from American Red Cross with instructions to complete your online portion after registration. You will receive your email, that contains instructions, within 12-24 hours after registration.

 

Do not wait until the day before your scheduled start time - to try to access the online portion. This course takes approximately 2 hours to complete online - and if you wait and cannot complete the online portion for any reason - you will not be allowed into the classroom. We do not take after hour phone calls or emails. American Red Cross customer service also has office hours, and may not be available.

 

Please plan accordingly.

What is your refund policy?

​

ABC Safety, LLC values every seat in our classroom. If you have reserved a seat in one of our classes, we have very strict policies about any student failing to meet requirements and very little consideration will be given.  As a training center, our class seats are very limited due to standards in providing quality training to every individual.

​

There will be a non refundable $5 registration fee in addition to what is stated above, deducted from course fees before refunds are issued. This fee is non refundable under any circumstance.

 

If you are a NO SHOW / NO CALL - This means you will automatically be withdrawn from this course and NO refunds will be given under any circumstances. Calling the morning of your class - calling when you are late and the instructor will not let you in, is also too late.

If you do not complete your online prerequisite and attend class, you will be asked to leave the classroom, you will be withdrawn from this course and NO refunds will be given under any circumstances. 

​

Once registered for the course 25% of the cost is non-refundable, if having to cancel  within 7 days of the start of the course 50% is non refundable, if cancelling less than 7 days in advance or if you do not attend the course there will be no refund given. If you registered for a blended course and do not complete the online learning within the allotted time it will be put down as a no-call no-show, no refund will be given.

 

Can I reschedule my class?

If participant needs to reschedule more than 7 days before the start of the course there will be no fee charged, if rescheduling within 7 days of the course there will be a $20 rescheduling fee, if rescheduling within 24 hours of the course there will be a $30 rescheduling fee.

​

When a participant reschedules and is a no call no show for the course they were moved to, they will be withdrawn from the course and no refund will be given.

 

**Note: If a course is cancelled by ABC Safety Trainings, a reschedule will be made free of charge. If unable to attend a rescheduled date, full refund will be issued with no processing fees withheld.

 

In the event you are asked to leave class due to disruptive or inappropriate behavior, no refund will be given.
